NPI & Provider Search is a ReachDiscovery project that makes the U.S. National Provider Identifier registry easier to search and understand.
What this service does
It searches public CMS NPPES records on demand and presents key fields—name, NPI, provider type, taxonomy, practice location and registry status—in a readable format.
What it does not do
NPI & Provider Search does not rank, recommend, endorse or credential providers. It is not a substitute for a state licensing board, health plan directory, professional certification body or direct confirmation from a provider.
Contact and corrections
NPPES data is maintained by CMS and the enumerated provider. Corrections to an official record must be made through the NPPES system.
