NPI & Provider Search does not require an account and is designed to avoid collecting unnecessary personal information.
Searches
Search terms are sent to our server so it can request matching public records from the CMS NPI Registry API. Do not enter private medical information, Social Security numbers or other sensitive data.
Technical data
Our hosting infrastructure may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser details, request timestamps and security logs to operate and protect the service.
Cookies and profiles
The current version does not create user profiles, accept public submissions or use advertising cookies. If those practices change, this notice will be updated before launch of the new feature.

Provider details shown here are public professional registry records supplied by CMS. Requests to correct or update those records should be directed to NPPES.
